CLIANTHUS MAXIMUS RED
Clusters of showy large red flowers, along the branches in winter and spring makes this a popular garden shrub. The flowers full of nectar attract native birds. Will grow in most well drained soils, and tolerates dry conditions once established. Frost tender, so best along a north facing wall.
Plants have been trimmed to 20 to 25cm tall to encourage a bushy growth.
